History of Mossuto’s Market

The name Mossuto came from the founder’s grandfather. The founder of Mossuto’s Market, Biaglo was nicknamed Mossuto during his childhood days. He grew up working in his father’s deli which was called A&S deli then. When he was schooling at New York University, he worked at restaurants and fell in love with the work he always did, when he was a child.

After his schooling, he came back to his home in New Jersey, and following his immense love and passion, he took over the family business in 2003. With big goals in mind, Biaglo transformed the once small deli into a full-service market, restaurant, bar, butchery, and bakery.

As Biaglo continued to expand the restaurant, he kept in mind his top priority which was to maintain the family’s traditions, and maintaining that authenticity is what makes Mossuto’s Market what it is today.
