The restaurant was co-founded in the spring of 1997 in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. The co-founders were Joseph Leone Introna and John Hilla. The motivation behind the opening of the restaurant was the passion for baking, cooking, and the dedication that Joseph Leone had inherited from his grandparents.
