Although unable to resolve the problem for reasons beyond their control, AJ & Nick did everything they could to assess the problem and a potential solution.

Kyle came in and made me feel like he cared about my home. He gave me all of the information I could need and explained to me how everything would work. Definitely recommend!

After the crazy low temperatures and frozen pipes yesterday, thousands of customers in the area were without water (myself included for over 36 hours). In the middle of that chaos, Proficient Plumbing showed up and showed out! I called yesterday in hopes of getting someone out ASAP. After being wait-listed, Shannon called first thing this morning to follow up, which alone meant so much when everyone is stressed and scrambling. She worked hard to make it happen and managed to slot me in for a late appointment tonight, knowing I’d been without water for a long stretch. That level of care and follow-through alone is rare. After another company cancelled on me last minute, Patrick and Ty came out, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. They were both incredibly patient, kind, and professional - even after what had clearly been a long, exhausting weekend of nonstop work helping so many people. You could tell they genuinely cared and weren’t rushing, despite how stretched thin they must have been. I learned that Proficient Plumbing is a small team, which makes the fact that they were able to respond, communicate, and show up like this even more impressive. Outstanding service from start to finish. Huge thanks to Shannon, Patrick, and Ty. Proficient Plumbing has absolutely earned my trust and my business going forward. Highly recommend!

Shannon and Christina are wonderful. I've had to call twice with frozen pipes. Each time they've listened to my concerns and did not rush me off the phone. Thankfully, both times I was able to thaw the pipes on my own.
